Trucking is its own package. One Admin Command Center is included per owner, with one administrator and 10 team users per company. Extra blocks of 10 team users are $95/month and extra 100 GB storage blocks are $25/month.

Explore People & Safety for crew and compliance records, and BDO’s insurance certificate tracking for policy dates, renewal history and missing evidence. Date-based insurance packets gather the matching certificates, policy register and coverage-gap report for review.
Packets use the records saved in BDO; they do not verify coverage with an insurer or guarantee an audit result. Confirm package access and setup for your company during the walkthrough.

Is fleet management or dispatch an extra charge?
No. Fleet & Equipment and Dispatch & Crew are included in the Civil / Sitework package at $395/month. Trucking is its own package if you also haul: $345/month when added to your Civil / Sitework company. GPS hardware, cellular service, external maps and routing are separate from the software allowance.
How does BDO work with QuickBooks?
BDO prepares approved records for QuickBooks Online or QuickBooks Desktop through Web Connector. Supported transfers are confirmed during onboarding, tested and activated with your approval. BDO does not replace your accounting software.
Can I see the workflow before signing up?
